R.P. Builders provides delivery services for construction materials ordered through our platform. This policy outlines our delivery terms.

1. Delivery Area

• We currently deliver within Rewa district, Madhya Pradesh and surrounding areas.
• Delivery to locations outside our service area may be arranged on request with additional charges.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Express Delivery: 4-6 hours for in-stock items within Rewa city.
• Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days for regular orders.
• Bulk Orders: 3-7 business days depending on quantity and availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or supply conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, weight, and order value.
• Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value (as displayed at checkout).
• Special handling charges may apply for heavy or oversized materials.

4. Delivery Process

• You will receive a confirmation with estimated delivery time after placing your order.
• Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the materials.
• Please inspect materials at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately.

5. Unloading

• Basic unloading at ground level is included in the delivery.
• Unloading to upper floors or specific locations may incur additional charges.
• Labour for unloading heavy materials (steel, cement in bulk) can be arranged at extra cost.

6. Failed Delivery

• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or no one being available, a re-delivery charge may apply.
• Three failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

7. Digital Services

For digital services (room bookings, rent payments, ERP access), no physical shipping applies. Services are delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment.
