Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services provided by R.P. Builders through our website and mobile application.

1. Material Orders

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may return upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective materials may be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
• Materials must be in original condition and packaging.
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Custom-cut or special-order materials are non-refundable.

2. Room Bookings

Cancellation by Guest

• More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

Cancellation by R.P. Builders

• In rare cases of overbooking or unavoidable circumstances, we will provide a full refund or alternative accommodation.

3. Rent Payments

• Rent payments once made are non-refundable.
• Overpayments will be adjusted against future rent or refunded upon tenant request.
• Security deposits are refundable as per lease agreement terms, subject to property condition.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, contact us at rishiisiiingh@gmail.com with your order/booking ID.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

5. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate by contacting us at +91 79779 67990. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 business days.
