We do not store full card details on our servers. • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, time spent, and device information. • Business Data (ERP Users): For staff/admin users - project details, inventory records, financial transactions, and other business-related data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process orders, bookings, and rent payments • Manage tenant accounts and lease agreements • Send transactional notifications (order confirmations, payment receipts, rent reminders) • Improve our services and user experience • Comply with legal obligations • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: • Payment Processors: Razorpay for secure payment processing • Communication Services: WhatsApp/SMS for rent reminders and booking confirmations (with your consent) • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) • Secure password hashing (bcrypt) • Role-based access controls • Regular security audits However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Personal data retained while your account is active • Financial records retained as required by Indian tax laws (up to 8 years) • Lease/rental records retained for legal compliance • You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time

You have the right to: • Access, correct, or update your personal information • Request deletion of your account and personal data • Opt-out of marketing communications • Request a portable copy of your data • Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We use minimal analytics to improve user experience.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents/guardians should supervise minors using our platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the R.P. Builders website and mobile application. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

R.P. Builders provides the following services: • Construction Materials: Sale of cement, sand, bricks, steel, aggregates, and other building materials • Room Booking: Short-term accommodation services • Tenant Management: Long-term rental/lease management • Project Management: Construction project tracking and costing • ERP Tools: Business management tools for authorized staff members

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials • One account per individual (sharing prohibited) • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Orders & Purchases

• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR) including applicable GST • Orders subject to availability and confirmation • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary • Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly

4. Room Bookings

• Room availability subject to confirmation at booking time • Guests must provide valid ID at check-in • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise specified) • Guests must follow property rules during their stay • Damage to property will be charged to the guest • Cancellation policies apply as per our Refund Policy

5. Tenant Agreements

• Rent due as per lease agreement terms • Late payment may attract penalties as specified in the lease • Tenants must maintain property in good condition • Sub-letting prohibited without written consent • Notice period and termination as per signed lease agreement

6. Payment Terms

• Payments processed securely through Razorpay • Accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets • Cash payments accepted for in-person transactions • All completed transactions are final unless covered by refund policy • GST invoices provided for all eligible purchases

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (text, graphics, logos, software, UI/UX) is the property of R.P. Builders and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

R.P. Builders shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably • Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration in Rewa, MP • Governed by the laws of India • Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for all services provided by R.P. Builders.

1. Material Orders

Cancellation: • Before dispatch: Full cancellation at no charge • After dispatch: Cancellation not possible; return upon delivery Returns & Refunds: • Damaged/defective materials: Return within 24 hours of delivery • Materials must be in original condition and packaging • Refund processed within 7-10 business days after verification • Custom-cut or special-order materials: Non-refundable • Refund credited to original payment method only

2. Room Bookings

Cancellation by Guest: • More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees (2%) • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund Cancellation by R.P. Builders: • Overbooking/unavoidable circumstances: Full refund OR alternative accommodation • We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance when possible

3. Rent Payments

• Rent payments once made are non-refundable • Overpayments adjusted against future rent or refunded on request • Security deposits refundable as per lease terms, subject to property condition • Refund processed within 30 days of lease termination

4. Refund Process

To request a refund: 1. Contact us at rishiisiiingh@gmail.com with order/booking ID 2. Provide reason and supporting evidence (photos for damaged items) 3. Our team will review within 2-3 business days 4. Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days Note: Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable

5. Disputes

R.P. Builders provides delivery services for construction materials ordered through our platform. This policy outlines our delivery terms and conditions.

1. Delivery Coverage

Primary Service Area: • Rewa city and district, Madhya Pradesh • Surrounding areas within 50 km radius Extended Delivery: • Locations beyond service area available on request • Additional charges based on distance and load • Contact us for custom delivery quotes

2. Delivery Timeline

• Express Delivery: 4-6 hours (in-stock items within Rewa city) • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days • Bulk Orders: 3-7 business days (quantity-dependent) Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• Calculated based on distance, weight, and order value • Free delivery on qualifying orders (as shown at checkout) • Special handling charges for heavy/oversized materials • Charges displayed before order confirmation • No hidden fees

4. Delivery Process

1. Order confirmation with estimated delivery time 2. Dispatch notification via SMS/WhatsApp 3. Delivery team contacts you before arrival 4. Someone must be present to receive materials 5. Inspect materials at delivery; report damage immediately 6. Sign delivery receipt after verification

5. Unloading Services

• Ground-level unloading: Included • Upper floor delivery: Additional charges apply • Labour for heavy materials (bulk cement, steel): Available at extra cost • Special equipment (crane, etc.): Arranged on request

6. Failed Delivery

• Incorrect address / no one available: Re-delivery charge applies • Three failed attempts: Order may be cancelled • Perishable items: Single delivery attempt only • Contact us to reschedule failed deliveries

7. Digital Services

For digital services (room bookings, rent payments, ERP access), no physical shipping applies. Services are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Access credentials sent via email/SMS.

Before Requesting Deletion

Important Considerations: • Complete or cancel any pending orders • Settle any outstanding payments • Download any data you wish to keep • Once deleted, data cannot be recovered • You will lose access to your account and history
